Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $8
Expedited Shipping: $15

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sea Island Land Development is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not already shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are outside of our direct control.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the best next step.
